About The Village Museum

The Village Museum "Dimitrie Gusti" is a cultural and educational institution focused on the promotion of villages history in Romania, which were formed and developed so far.

Currently, the museum holds a collection of over 350 monuments and 55.000 objects , which represents the areas from Dobrogea, Muntenia, Oltenia, Banat, Transylvania and Moldova.
