About Carol Park

Carol Park is a public park in Sector 4, Bucharest, Romania, named after King Carol I of Romania. The park was built between 1900-1906, it has an area of 41 ha and a recreational lake arranged on 2 ha.

For its arrangement was used 4206 large trees, 5983 of conifer trees , 48215 of shrubs, and various plants and flowers.

Mixed arrangement style, with a dominant landscape makes the Carol Park a great place for promenade.
